If it is a case of "Hey I ordered my spark plugs from XXX supplier and they haven't arrived yet, those damn assholes ..." then yeah ... he should call the supplier first thing. Like, what the hell else do you do? This is a totally different issue. If this is a one time case with a defective part, then yes, he should contact the supplier. If this is a simple case of "don't worry, your installer wont have any problem with it", then great, bno biggie. But how is he supposed to know either way. If it is an issue to be handled with Armen, has anyonehad problems dealing with him on it? Bottom line is, he doesn't know.
